Fingers pain

Hi Mummies, i am a first time mum. Currently 4mths pregnant and started to feel pain in my fingers, i can feel the pain everytime i clench my fingers to form a fist kind. Does anyone experience the same? My fingers are not swell, they just pain when i clench them. Should i worry about it?
