Blood clot 10days before my period while pooping (after constipated for 4days)

Hi all mummies! I experienced abnormal bleeding with quite huge blood clot when I'm pooping after constipated for 4 days. There is no more bleeding after that.. it's my first time experiencing this as I do not have blood clot normally during my period. And they're 10days early. I'm feeling more and more cramps down there. I had slight fever in past 2 days but it recovered after I took panadols. Can anyone pls tell me what's happening. I'm so worried .. what's happening to me. My menses has been regular too.

But honestly, with the fever, the unusual blood clots, cramps getting worse, and bleeding 10 days early, this one better not wait. Please go see a doctor or go to A&E today, okay? Don't put it off. These symptoms together, especially the fever and increasing cramps, really need a proper check by a doctor. We mummies sometimes try to wait and see, but please don't do that this time.
