Blood clot 10days before my period while pooping (after constipated for 4days)

Hi all mummies! I experienced abnormal bleeding with quite huge blood clot when I'm pooping after constipated for 4 days. There is no more bleeding after that.. it's my first time experiencing this as I do not have blood clot normally during my period. And they're 10days early. I'm feeling more and more cramps down there. I had slight fever in past 2 days but it recovered after I took panadols. Can anyone pls tell me what's happening. I'm so worried .. what's happening to me. My menses has been regular too.

Oh dear, please don't wait on this one — I'm genuinely worried for you reading this. The combination of unexpected heavy bleeding with large clots, cramps that are getting worse, AND a fever… that's your body telling you something needs proper attention right away. Please go see a doctor today, or if the cramps are getting really bad, just head straight to A&E, okay? I know it's scary and confusing when things don't feel "normal," and I totally understand why you're worried. But this is really something only a doctor can properly check — it could be a few different things going on and you deserve a real answer, not guesses from us online. Please don't brush it off just because the fever went down after Panadol — that doesn't mean everything is fine inside. Go get checked, bring someone with you if you can.
