Acai bowl during pregnancy

Hi mummies! Can I eat acai bowl during pregnancy? I am being told not to eat cold stuff like ice cream and froyo...just wondering if acai bowl would be a better choice...

açaí bowl has A LOT of sugar, i would avoid eating it at all cost unless u want to risk GDM.. yoghurt will be a better choice with more nutrients
