Hi mummies. Can I drink Starbucks while breastfeeding considering I want to buy venti size, does the caffeine intake overshot the recommended daily amount? For instance caramel machiato frappe.

Of cos. I even drink bubble tea large size very often. Not all babies are sensitive to caffeine. I drink Starbucks during preg too.

Maybe not too often then? Or decaf. Consider a smaller size shot of coffee within your drink?

Try to stop breastfeeding for 2hrs after you drink coffee
