Weight gain at 25 weeks

Hi mummies, I am currently 25 weeks pregnant. Started my weight at 72kg and have gained 3kg. My gynae told me that I am gaining too much weight because of my BMI. Would appreciate any suggestions for healthy snacks, food to slow down weight gain?

if you are really hungry between meals, have some apples, guava or dragonfruit for snacks. these are fruits that are not too sweet. or u can go for nuts too. you can also buy Meadows brand biscuits found in cold storage that comes in a variety of flavours i.e. low in sodium, flaxseed, seaweed etc that are low in calories
