I don't have personal experience with CMV but I think it would really help to have a detailed conversation with your gynae or a specialist about what this means for your next pregnancy, so you go in with clarity and peace of mind. Many mummies do go on to have healthy pregnancies after difficult first chapters, so please don't lose hope yet.
