Groin bone part pain

Hi mummies…can i check any of u or is it normal at the groin bone part pain whenever walk, sleeping time or standing too long at 3rd teimester (30weeks)

Baking my baby bean

Yes it’s normal. Pregnancy hormones cause loosening of joints and our hips are opening up to prepare for birth. I go for prenatal Physio which helps!

hiii! it's totally normal! feeling exactly the same right now! i'm having trouble walking coz its hurts from my hips to my groins!

I'm 35 weeks now. Been having the pubic pain like you too since 32 weeks. At times it really hurts to even sit.
