Elect csect for no medical reason

Hi mummies, can I check if gynaes in singapore have the right to turn us down if we want to do elective csect without any medical reasons? Only purely because of preference? Also, are there any gynaes delivering at mt alvernia who are neutral towards both natural and csect ?

No? my baby was in perfect position and im in good health to do vaginal delivery. But because I was afraid my sex life will be different so I opted for c sect. Many doctors will ask me why this why that and kept saying I’m good for vaginal delivery but in the end they cannot stop or reject your decision. They still went on to help me to book the date. Haha

hi I'm with Dr jocelyn wong at Mount a. opting for elective csec due to personal preference too. my gynae didn't even blink when I said I wanted csec from the beginning altho she did only made one short statement that she is pro natural.
