Hi mummies, i am just been diagnosed for the first time for gestational diabetes at 29th week. This is my 3rd pregnancy..Any mummies going through this or been through it? Any advice how to go through it in terms of food or anything..

Do cut down on carbs and sweet drinks. Try to take small but frequent meals.
