come and go pregnancy symptoms

hi mummies i am on my 7 week pregnancy, going to 8. at the start, my pregnancy symptoms were nausea, feels to vomit, backaches, stomach cramps and frequent urination when infound at week 6. but now i feel so much better cus the nausea and feels to vomit gets better, little to none. is it normal that the nausea and vomits comes and go? need advice!!
