headache

Hi mummies, I am on my 2nd trimester ,I've been getting headache most of the time. Any tips on how to ease it ? I'm trying to avoid taking medicine as much as I can. Advice please.

I used iced pack from watson. I put it on my forehead and at the back of my neck
