Fever And Headache

Question

Hi mummies, I am at 29 weeks. Ive been having slight fever and very bad headache the past few days with slight cough. Its on and off fever. Usually in the day will have for few hours then after will be okay but at night it will come back just before bedtime. Ive been to GP and only able to prescribe me paracetamol. Its not really effective. I feel like my fever, headache and cough is getting worst despite consuming paracetamol. May I know if there is anything else I can do to help myself?

Drink plenty of water n rest well For cough - lemon water / honey lemon water If you feel fever is not going down, suggest go hospital. Sometimes gp medicine is not effective to me as well even not preggy

I had the same issue two weeks ago, down with fever about 38 degree for 5 days. paracetamol doesn’t work And was diagnosed with influenza A after going to KKB. But not to worry. Try to cool your body and drink cold honey water.
