Hi mummies i am 17 days PP and i want to know how long should i wear belly binder to lose weight? I had natural birth and wearing belly bandit.

It depends on how comfortable you are. I used to wear everyday for a month. Wear the whole day and only remove when I go to the toilet and when it's bed time.

And oh yes, wearing the binder for the whole day helps with the tummy.

It varies for individuals. My massage lady told me 2 months.
