Increase the interval between pumping sessions (eg. every 3 hrs -> 4 hrs -> 5 hrs etc), don’t pump till you’re dry each time so your body starts to produce less (pump out maybe 3/4 of the milk), use cold compress on the breasts to keep them less engorged

You need to drop pumping slowly. From 3 hourly to 4 hourly eventually 6hourly. (Depends on your milk supply) I did by dragging too. Also My lo doesn’t latch anymore. So I stopped.

Hi, Gradually dropping the pumping will help. Start increasing the time duration between pumping. This way your starts preparing itself to produce less milk
