How to use sterimar nasal spray

Hi mummies, how do you use sterimar nasal spray on your baby? Since it sprays right in the nose im scared to use on my 2 months old baby. Does baby need to be in certain position? Like lay sideways or something ? And when do you usually use it ? During the day/night/after bath ? #advicepls #firstbaby

My baby normally congested, blocked nose. I use sterimar since bb less than one month old, now she is 3mo i am still using it. It is really helpful. How i do : Sit baby upright or 30 degree and before spray ensure to close their eyes and mouth. After spray normally baby will cry so i will stand and she is still in upright position and tadaa less than 30 secs the boogers and mucus come out of her nose
