Post confinement 'normal'

Hi mummies, how soon after confinement is it ok to: 1. Wear shorts 2. Start exercising 3. Drink cold water 4. Eat cooling (凉) food (e.g. barley, chin chow, etc) 5. And how soon did you all start going out? TIA! #1stimemom #advicepls

I'm from the West, so all of these things are absolutely fine immediately after giving birth. The type and amount of excercise should be judged based upon your physical health though.
