Pushing baby out while on epidural

Hi mummies. How to push your baby out when you’re on epidural? Can you still feel the urge to push?

Nope I almost freaked out cause ppl in the delivery room keep telling me to "push, push harder" but I felt numb from the bottom😓 still tried my best.

I feel a little tightness when it's time to push.. and listen to the nurse commands
