Maybe TMI question

Mummies, how do you poop/pee when you’re heavily pregnant? Now I’m only 4.5 months pregnant and my belly is already in the way when I want to poop/pee. I’m wondering is there a comfortable position for later in my pregnancy? should I lean back while on the toilet seat?
