I really feel you on this, it is such a personal decision and I am glad you are looking into it properly before deciding. I do not have the exact figures off the top of my head, but what I did when I was researching similar things was to call up KKH and a couple of private gynae clinics directly to ask for their rates, because costs can vary quite a bit depending on whether you go restructured or private and whether you use Medisave. Hopefully other mummies here who have gone through it can share their actual out-of-pocket experience lah, that would be the most helpful for you.
