As soon as possible, pump 8-10 times every 24 hours. This is how many times each day your baby would typically feed from the breast. In most cases, the more times each day you pump, the more milk you make.
During the day time, I will pump quite frequent. Night time I will pump before sleeping and direct latch whenever needed.
Depends on how full I can get. My milk always overflow so I have to keep pumping... else, I'll have fever.
3hourly + latch before returning to work. Once before leaving the house and 3 times during working hours
Basically every 2 hours the first 6 weeks! Then stopped when milk came in and now I’m 100% latching.
Once before I sleep and once early in the morning.. the rest of the time I direct latch as I'm a sahm
7-8 times because exclusive pumping and still in maternity leave.
Nvr pump. Just direct latch.
Every 2 hours for me
