Hi mummies, how long did you do your confinement period for? 30 days - 40 days or 100 days? Do you get depress when staying at home for too long? What did you do?
I did 30 days. For me it's okay cause I like staying home 😅 but because of the sudden changes, I struggle so much and was diagnosed with PPD.
Im still doing confinement. Mine is 44 days. And im only at day 30 now. Bored as hell and tiring too as to take care of nb bby.
100 days????? That's a first for me. The max I heard is 40 days.
