Feeding a 4 month?

Hi Mummies how do i start feeding my 4 months solid food? Do i feed him before or after milk? #pleasehelp #1stimemom #advicepls

Dear mommy, unless your baby's PD says can start feeding solid already. Otherwise please don't. Normally PD will give a go at 5-6 mths old. PD will access your baby's growth developement first before giving it a thumbs up such as baby can lift up neck, sit unsupported and such. And always remember, main is still baby's milk till 12 mths old.
