how to count baby kicks

Hi mummies, how do I count baby kicks? And is it necessary for baby to kick you hard to be consider as a kick? I do feel movement in my tummy but not sure if it will be consider as a kick.

Yes best to. Same as one sharing, NUH will ask to do fetal kick count on paper 😅. There are many apps out there. I used count the kicks! app. It’s a non profit advocating 3rd trimester mums to do daily count. Doesn’t need to be accurate. There are days I’m so busy that I was not aware of bb kicking. It’s more to have that awareness.
