hunger pangs that never goes away
Mummies how do u deal with being constantly hungry? I'm at week 7 and trying to control my eating by smaller portions. For example I just had lunch soup and rice. An hour later I'm so hungry again so I had two slices of bread after. I'm so afraid I'm gonna gain so much weight. I tried to tahan but the feeling is as though I never ate whole day. Any advice?
