I required meds for the all-day sickness, plus things like hot ginger tea, munching on non salted nuts helped. As for tiredness, I tried to rest whenever I could, and slept more when I got home from work. It’s really really tiring, so don’t be so hard on yourself if you don’t seem to be as productive at work. But in between, while you have pockets of bursts of energy, then work well:)
i was wfh thx to Covid so I would take a 30 min nap during lunch.
