Hi mummies how do you cope with taking care of baby and toddler when you’re sick but have no one to help out? I feel so tired 🤢

I ever had a bad migraine accompanied with shivers and pain but I’m alone. I was crying while taking care of my baby and on the other side, 3 dogs kept taking turn to poop and bark 🥲 I just kept telling myself I had no choice, just tahan till my husband is back 😔 Hang in there mama! 🫶🏻
