Permit For Freelance CN

Just need to apply permit from MOM online with her particulars. No documents required. If she is a foreigner, have to make sure her visit pass is valid for the employment period. Otherwise, have to request for extension. Her current employer has to cancel her pass before you can apply. I did the above in apr. Not sure if things have changed now.

You can check if your nanny's visit pass is still valid for the period of your employment. Mine ended her assignment on 28th May but her visit pass is only ending on 30th June, so I didn't apply any extension for her yet. https://form.gov.sg/#!/5d01bad00816b400111ce556
