Rash looking?

Hi mummies, help.. My 3 year old developed some sort of rash with blister looking like this.. should i be worried? She says its painful.

Thankyou mommies for the advices. I've brought my daughter to see GP and she said its cause by an insect bite that my daughter had an allergic reaction to. But everything is better now.
