I really feel you on this, being pregnant and just wanting to make sure everything you take is safe for you and baby. A friend of mine actually tried a pregnancy tea during her second trimester and said it was quite soothing and helped her with bloating, though she kept the portions light and didn't overdo it. That said, since everyone's pregnancy is different, it might be good to just check with your gynae or PD first before starting, just to be on the safe side lah.
