I'd suggest asking around in your confinement groups or checking with KKH and the polyclinics during your antenatal visits - they usually have lists of recommended nannies and word-of-mouth from other mums is really gold for this. I used an agency for my first and they were more reliable than trying to find someone independently, though it does cost more, but the peace of mind was worth it for those exhausting early weeks.
