I am currently 32 weeks and started to feel slight stomach cramps at lower abdomen. My doc told me it could be cause of the growing baby and my stretched stomach.
I have both the gassy bloated type and period cramps type. Only 6 weeks in 😆

Ya I think i too feel this in my 12th week.. It hurts to cough and sneeze also... always feels like its tight ... and bloated.
