Hospital Leave to bed rest

Hi mummies ! Have anyone ever gotten a hospital leave from KKH to bed rest ? Im currently entering my 8 weeks and my nausea + vomitting is pretty bad (day & night). My job requires me to work 12hrs and deal with customer service at an attraction. It can be really overwhelming. Have been taking frequent leave and MC too :( Wonder if KKH will offer HL for us to rest more ?
