Nursing Bra

Hi all mummies, do you guys wear nursing bra during pregnancy or after give birth? Because I heard one of the way to prevent saggy breast is to wear it during pregnancy. Hope someone can advise me further please.

After birth. The nursing bra is to facilitate easy breastfeeding. I don’t think it prevents saggy breasts at all.
