rash or eczema?

Hi mummies, do u guys encounter this on your baby? It seems pretty bad. So red, it spread more, and feels rough. Some on her arms and chest too. Bought the Inara Organic Soothie Woothie balm, applied but like no improvements 😭😭 please help or lemme know any suggestions/opinion/recommendation on product that u think works best for my baby
