recommendation for dermatologist?

Hi mummies, any one gt recommendation for dermatologist? My LO neck is dry n scaly. Applied fungus cream n QV moisture no use.

Oh, dry and scaly neck that's not responding to QV can be tricky, could be eczema rather than fungal, so you're right to look at a dermatologist instead of just OTC creams. Names that tend to come up a fair bit are Dr Colin Theng at Dermatology Associates (Connexion), Dr Lawrence Khoo, and Dr Tan Hiok Hee, all seem to have a decent track record with children's eczema and atopic dermatitis, though some parents feel waiting times can be a bit long at the more popular ones, so worth calling ahead. A friend mentioned her LO responded really well after seeing a specialist who adjusted the moisturiser routine on top of prescribing treatment, so the consultation itself can be quite informative. That said, every child's skin is different, so do check with your paediatrician first, they can refer you to the right specialist based on your LO's specific condition.
