Yup get the pump before giving birth and bring it to the hospital so that lactation consultant can teach you how to use correctly. Buy the flange insert after they measure your nipple size. If you measure on your own, add ~2mm cos it will engorge when pumped.
I recommend to get 1 electric handheld as your main pump and 1 wearable for convenience and as backup. I'm using Real Bubee and Spectra.
