Hi mummies, ftm here. Any recommendations on what works best postpartum to help with the heavy bleeding?
Kotex maternity pads is only 30cm and I think it would be really uncomfortable putting two on to increase the length.
What worked best for you?
I used to use Laurier 40cm with wings for my periods (big hip probs). Can we use the regular period pads on disposable undies for postpartum?
