Oh I really feel you on this, being a FTM and going through feeding struggles is so stressful and you are doing a great job trying to figure it out for your little one. My second one went through a similar phase around the same age where she would fuss and cry at every feed, and after some back and forth we realised it was a combination of the teat flow and her position during feeding that was causing discomfort. Since your LO is choking even at a slower flow teat and making those puking faces, it might be worth bringing him to see your PD soon, just to rule out things like reflux or any other feeding issue that could be causing the resistance. Sometimes what looks like fussiness is actually the baby telling us something is bothering them physically, and a PD can really help you work through whether a formula change or any other adjustment is needed. Hang in there, you are already paying such close attention to him and that is honestly the most important thing.
