Baby doesn't take full feed after nanny left

Hi mummies, FTM here. I'm worried because my 6 week old baby who was initially taking 120-130ml EBM per feed has not been able to finish the bottle right after our nanny left yesterday. He's now only drinking 80-90ml, and fusses a lot. Could this be colic? What should I do?
