Spotting & mild cramps at week 4 , 6 days.

Hi mummies, it’s my first pregnancy this time and I had a miscarriage before. Is it normal to have mild cramps and light bleeding? It’s diluted pink discharge. Worried. 😖 called the gynae clinic and the nurse just say it’s normal, asked me to just monitor and drink more water to stay hydrated.
