Backaches in 1st trimester

Hello mummies, this is my first pregnancy and around 7 weeks. Last visit to gynae last week we heard heartbeats but doc said the embryo is on the smaller side based on the gestation period. Hopefully in couple of weeks the little one will grow bigger and with stronger heartbeat. Anyway I've been experiencing backaches since week 5. More so now, however no spotting. Anyone else experiencing this? #1stimemom

Yes it's normal! I'm week 8, had and still having back/lower abdomen ache. I take panadol if it's too bad.☺️

Yes, I have back aches, too, at the first 1st trimester. Stretching exercises help a lot.
