dizziness & vomiting

any mummies feeling very dizzy & nauseous at any time of the day? i’m around 12 weeks now experiencing such situation until it affects my work. any advice? #adviceplease #newmom #firstTime_mom

It is very normal during the first trimester! It happened to me as well. You can inform your gynae and he/she will prescribe diclectin for your nauseous. Hope you have been taking folic acid all these while! It will get better in second trimester or halfway through, depending on your body. Meanwhile, do take care of your health!
