Have you tried kegel exercises? It's basically an exercise where you clench and unclench your muscles down there. My mom had an incontinence problem after her surgery and was advised to do that daily, whenever she can and it has helped tremendously. It's also really convenient. You can do it while sitting down and working, driving, walking etc.
