Pelvic organ prolapse

Any mummies experience(d) pelvic organ prolapse? For me is like there is a lump/bulge at the opening of my vagina. Have yet to give birth (c-sect in less than 2 weeks) and my gynae said it will go away after baby is out, but quite concerned that it wouldn't... Doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable if i don't bother it, but it's uncomfortable during intercourse. (stopped a month ago) i guess i'm just looking for some reassurance that it will go back to normal after birth...

Wah, I totally understand your worry lah, especially when the birth is so soon! My friend who had her second baby at KKH also had something similar during pregnancy, and her gynae told her the same thing, after delivery the pressure on the pelvic floor reduces and it usually improves quite a bit.
