Pregnancy

3rd Trimester (30 weeks)

Hi, do any mummies experience this, when you sleep on your right side, your right hand will feel cramp or numb for a while? But doesnt happen on your left hand when you sleep on your left side. Is it normal during pregnancy or something i should be worried about health issues? Thanks.
