Just Mums

No control

Any mummies experience low threshold of pee after giving birth? Like you can't hold it in for long and if you were to go toilet late, you'd pee in yr pants? 😭It's been a year since birth and i realise i cant hold it in for long. Usually it'll flow automatically and it's so embarrassing 🙄 any ideas how i can regain back the "control" ? Will a massage help? Or any exercises i can do?

Hi, Google kegel exercise for women. It’s all over on YouTube as well. This will help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles for better bladder control.
