Dry patch on baby skin

Any mummies experience dry patch on baby skin? My boy has dry patch on his arm, thigns and tummy area. Tried applying moisturizer multiple times a day and doesnt seems to improve much.

yes my little one was the same. He is 4 now and skin is cleared up. I changed his body wash to this. It's costly but very2 good.

could it be eczema, you may want to check with his pd to have a piece of mind
