Sleeping positions

Hi mummies, every night I try to sleep on my left side but will unknowingly sleep on my back again. Does anyone sleep on their back as well? Tried turning to my left but is not as comfy as sleeping on my back.. #firsttimemom #advicepls

me too, am always a back sleeper haha. i asked gynae whether sleeping position matters, he said no problem as long as you feeling comfortable. my friend is saying to slp on the side as much as possible when baby getting bigger so you won’t feel much weight while slping. so here i’m trying to slp on the side even i’m only at 15wk.
