Medication

Any mummies here ever skip or did not consume the medication given by gynae? Like Obimin, Calcium Caltrate etc during your pregnancy? Each time visit to the gynae and receive medication, I did not consume the pills. I'm at my 15th week and still having morning sickness. Feels like all this pills is making me feel worst. Thinking to stop consuming them. #1stimemom

The vitamins are not for you but for your baby's development inside your womb. I have never skipped mine even with a terrible nausea but I did asked for an anti-nausea pills to help. You can also buy a sea-band at Guardian or Watson to wear on your wrist which really helps.
